Mary Gates Endowment for Students

show description Add to my gifts
Supports excellence in undergraduate education by creating new opportunities for students to become independent learners. The endowment, established in 1995, provides four kinds of awards that support and enrich undergraduate students' learning: Honors scholarships, research training grants, leadership grants and venture fellowships. While approximately 175 undergraduates benefit from this scholarship support each year, demand for support exceeds the University's resources. New gifts help increase opportunities for talented and highly motivated undergraduates to participate in the UW's special programs.

If you'd like to see areas of the UW that you've supported in the past and any open pledges that you may have, please fill in your Donor ID and last name.

This is not required for you to make a gift. If you don't know your Donor ID, you may skip this and search for an area to support.
